Ordering, POS and integrations
Choose, connect or extend the systems in the store, the kitchen and online, without starting another POS from scratch.

- Menu and stock sync
- Delivery platform integration
For restaurants and retailers: practical AI and operations tools, built into the systems your teams already use, from ordering and POS to supply chain and logistics.
Most operators don't need another platform. They need the systems they already pay for to work together, and a few focused tools where time or money is leaking. We help you decide what's worth changing, then build it.
Choose, connect or extend the systems in the store, the kitchen and online, without starting another POS from scratch.
Assistants that answer product, policy and procedure questions from your own documents, so staff stop searching and start serving.
Small, focused tools that take cost out of picking, packing and shipping, tested against your own order history before anything changes.
iOS and Android apps for customers and staff, from ordering and restaurant lookup to the checklists teams use every shift.
Couriers bill whichever is larger: what a parcel weighs, or how much space it takes. When packers reach for the same three box sizes, much of the bill is for empty space.
Carton Planner reads an order list, fits each order into the right box in 3D, and shows what that does to the courier bill.

Every engagement starts with the decision, not the technology. You'll know what we recommend, what it costs to run, and what we'd leave alone, before anything gets built.
How orders, stock and people move today, and where the cost or friction actually sits.
A clear recommendation with trade-offs: build, buy, integrate, or leave it as it is.
A working tool inside the systems you already run, tested on your own data.
Documentation, training and support, so your team owns what we built.

Straight answers about what we do, who it is for, and how the work starts.
IANVERA is a technology consultancy for restaurant groups, retailers and e-commerce businesses. We help operators decide which technology changes are worth making, then build practical AI and operations tools that work inside the POS, ordering, stock and logistics systems they already use.
Multi-outlet restaurant groups, retail chains, and e-commerce or distribution businesses where packing and shipping costs shape the margin. We work with operators in Hong Kong and Taiwan.
Usually not. Most operators get more value from connecting and extending the systems they already pay for. We recommend replacing a system only when the cost of keeping it is clearly higher, and we explain that trade-off before anything is built.
Practical tools grounded in your own data: assistants that answer staff questions from product specs, policies and procedures; internal knowledge search; and decision tools for areas like packing and shipping. Each one is built to save time or money in a specific workflow, not as a showcase.
Couriers charge by whichever is higher: a parcel's actual weight or its dimensional weight, which is length × width × height divided by a divisor set by the courier (often 5,000 or 6,000 cm³ per kg). Oversized boxes are billed for empty space. Choosing the smallest box that fits each order, from a well-chosen range of box sizes, lowers the billable weight and the courier bill.
With a short discovery call about the problem, the systems in place and what a good outcome looks like. We then map how orders, stock and people move today, and give a clear recommendation with trade-offs, covering build, buy, integrate or leave as is, before any build work begins.
Founder & Principal, IANVERA
I've spent my career building software for restaurants and retailers: iOS and Android POS, restaurant lookup and ordering apps, and the everyday tools operations teams depend on in Hong Kong.
More recently I've led mobile and AI work: a product-spec assistant rolled out across regions, a company-wide AI assistant, and small tools that help a supply chain team cut shipping cost. IANVERA is how I bring that experience directly to operators, with the person who scopes the work also doing it.
